Engineered for extreme reliability, customizable I/O, and industrial-grade integration
Customizing every possibility for the dream of small brands
In Shenzhen, a city where technology and innovation intertwine, countless entrepreneurs set out every day with the dream of changing the world. They may want to subvert the home audio-visual experience with a mini host, use customized laptops to give wings to education in remote areas, or use industrial computers to promote the intelligent transformation of factories... But the reality is often that the needs of small brands are always overwhelmed by the standardization of the big market.
So, Jinghong was born. Since our establishment, we have focused on providing tailored computing solutions for hardware integrators, software developers, and enterprise distributors worldwide. We bridge the gap between large-scale semiconductor manufacturers like Intel and AMD and the specialized needs of small-to-midsize business enterprises.
In 2014, we started with a simple belief—"No matter how small the demand is, it deserves to be taken seriously." For 9 years, we have been deeply involved in the field of customization. From mini hosts to industrial computers, from laptops to fanless embedded devices, Jinghong has never stopped exploring how to use technology to "reduce the burden" of entrepreneurs' creativity.
We understand your struggle and alleviate development bottlenecks:
Are you anxious because you can't find a factory willing to take small batch orders? Standard ODMs demand thousands of units, whereas your client base requires surgical precision and rapid iteration. At Jinghong, we eliminate high Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) thresholds, opening manufacturing opportunities for early-stage deployments.
Are you slowed down by complex hardware adaptation issues? Combining customized chassis, legacy I/O requirements (such as RS232, RS485, dual-LAN networks), and specific operating system kernels (Linux distributions, Windows Embedded, Android x86) can quickly stall project timelines. Our engineers deliver hands-on board layout adjustments to fit proprietary applications.
Are you worried that small brands will find it difficult to obtain the same quality assurance as large companies? We leverage Tier-1 supplier supply chains and enforce rigorous thermal, static, and stress testing systems. Every unit leaves our line certified to operate under heavy workloads.

Delivering high-reliability compute nodes optimized for modern automated landscapes
Designed for smart factories and machine vision deployments. Featuring multiple Ethernet ports, isolated COM lines, and fanless heat-sink chassis that prevent particulate intrusion while supporting real-time inference on the factory floor.
Empowering clinical environments with low-emissions, ultra-quiet, fanless terminals. Engineered to comply with medical electromagnetic safety standards, bringing medical imaging and diagnostic systems into rural clinics and hospitals alike.
Supporting dual and triple 4K display outputs for continuous operation (24/7/365). Equipped with watchdog timers to automatically restart the system in the event of software hangs, minimizing downtime in public settings.
Jinghong's design philosophy targets the convergence of high-density performance and structural longevity. Standard consumer-grade mini computers often suffer from thermal throttling, low-grade capacitor degradation, and limited hardware expansion options. Our approach addresses these pain points directly.
Fanless computing is not just about removing the fan; it requires a complete redesign of the thermal chassis. The aluminum enclosure of our fanless mini PCs serves as the primary heatsink. Utilizing high-conductivity phase-change materials and copper heat-pipes bonded directly to the CPU's integrated heat spreader (IHS), we achieve highly efficient thermal dissipation. Our systems run stable at high operational capacity in ambient temperatures ranging from -20°C up to +65°C without throttling.
Before leaving the factory, each unit undergoes a 72-hour stress-testing process inside temperature-controlled chambers. This process tests the hardware limits for thermal shock, voltage fluctuations, vibration tolerance, and system stability under full load. By the time a unit is packed, it is proven to handle demanding real-world industrial environments.
In addition, to ensure absolute traceability, each unit features a unique QR code on the chassis. Scanning this code pulls up the build history for the device: the specific silicon batch, testing logs, the firmware versions installed during assembly, and the signatures of the technicians who oversaw the build. This provides a transparent record that helps support security audits and device fleet management.
Helping small and mid-sized enterprises scale with custom-built hardware solutions
Alex, an automation engineer in Russia, sought to modernize POS systems and pump-controller networks at high-latitude gas stations. Standard commercial computers failed regularly due to extreme sub-zero temperatures and voltage spikes from nearby generators.
"We started with 10 prototype units running customized BIOS setups with automatic restart after power failures. Today, we have deployed over 2,000 fanless mini PCs across our network, operating continuously in temperatures below -30°C."
Maria managed a regional program focused on providing specialized laptops for disabled children. Standard off-the-shelf laptops lacked repairable components and proper shock protection, making maintenance costs high.
"Jinghong modified the chassis of a 14.1-inch platform, reinforcing the hinges and designing a custom keyboard layout to assist single-handed operation. The repairable modular design has lowered our total cost of ownership (TCO) by 40%."
The miniaturized computer landscape is transitioning from basic low-power office terminals into high-density Edge AI nodes. Our developmental roadmap focuses on three main architectural shifts:
